I have a strong functional understanding of the business of multi-channel sales, marketing and Service in healthcare, hi-tech, telecommunication and other industries. I bring to the table strong leadership, negotiation and technical architecture skills having served the key role of the liaison between strategic leaders, business product owners and development and quality teams to drive projects worth more than $ 20 million. I have been responsible for leading projects through estimation and pre-sale phase, requirements, architecture and design, development, testing, deployment and operational hand-off. My projects have involved an average of 90-100 team members from multiple lines of technology (Cloud Computing, data warehousing and API-led Integrations, eventing and more ) and business (Sales to order, Marketing and Operations for direct and indirect channels, customer service and support) in matrix organizations using SDLC as well as agile and scrum methodologies with DevOps.
